Flaming Festival Fever Fears

It's all happening at RMG HQ. Gupta Ravishankar, dismissed from his role as chief bridge builder at the Delhi Commomwealth Games, has been employed by the band as secretary due to the volume of traffic going through the RMG morse code receiver. Firstly the band was head-hunted at The Tamworth Country Music Festival as one of the headline acts for The Grafton Flame Tree Festival on 26th March. Get yourselves down there for what should be a great day of entertainment. Later, a carrier pigeon known only by his code name 'Neville X', delivered news that they'll be heading up to the Gold Coast in September to star in the Gold Coast Acoustic Music Festival. Soon after, in October the six piece will join Troy Cassar Daley as one of the major attractions at the Ballina Coastal Country Music Festival.

Just as Gupta was about to explode with information overload, a small boy knocked on the office door holding a glass slipper. On closer inspection it was found to be concealing a handwritten note, explaining to the band that they must jump aboard a golden  stage coach and make haste to the Entrance Country Music Festival on the Central Coast in March. Rex is busy searching for a pumpkin large enough to take the band and all its gear.

As if all that wasn't enough, whilst exercising his pet ferret on top of Round Mountain, Banjovi spotted smoke signals in the distance. Having been a Navajo Indian Scout in his previous life he made out the letters C-O-O-L-Y-R-O-X. After consultation with the ferret, they came to the conclusion that they must have been invited to play at the ''Coolangatta Rocks On" Festival in June. A brief semaphore conversation with Gupta confirmed that the organisers had indeed hunted the band down to play at the iconic 50's fest.
